Bespoke Massage

A targeted and fully customized massage and bodywork experience to address your primary areas of tension, pain, and stress while still allowing space to relax and unwind. Each experience includes aromatherapy and a heated eye mask, then is customized by your therapist to your unique needs, utilizing deep tissue techniques, assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, scar tissue management, gua sha, and/or dynamic cupping.

For those looking to simply relax, this massage is for you! Our Swedish-style massage offers relaxation to ease everyday tension and help your entire body find calm.

The Spot Treatment

Need some relief and relaxation in a certain area but only have half an hour? This is a focused massage session dedicated to one area of your choice. Choose from: upper body, scalp, hands & feet, jaw & neck, or sciatic nerve.
