Studio Policies + FAQ’s

  • All services can be booked online here, by Instagram DM or by email at info@pecheskinco.com. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment. There is not a business phone number at this time.

  • Please visit the Preparing for Appointment page for more details on how to prepare!

  • Customer parking is available In the large parking lot next to our Millwood & Maple building. Please come to he second floor waiting area and have a seat.

  • Please change or cancel your appointment as early as possible to allow time for another client to book in your place. Appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 36 hours prior to appointment. Any cancellations after must be done via text or call with a confirmation response from Pêche. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment may be subject to a charge equaling 50% of the service or kept from pre-payment. No shows will be charged the full amount of service, and will be unable to rebook until payment is made.

    Please call or text 803-560-3113 if you have had fever, cough, aches, chills or flu like symptoms within 72 hours of appointment.

    Multiple late cancellations may also result in refusal of future booking. Late cancellations of packages may result in loss of a service from package.

    Please text 803-560-3113 if you are running late - appointments will need to be rescheduled if you will be more than 15 minutes late as there will not be sufficient time to provide the full services.

  • Cash, Venmo and all major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks and traveler checks are not accepted. Gift cards are only valid for one year after purchase but do not Include gratuity.

    Please note that service prices do not include gratuity. While 15-20% is much appreciated, it is not required.

  • All clients are welcome no matter gender, age, race or other personal identifiers.

    Pêche Skin Co. aligns with The Supine Studio in creating a safe space where we ask all who enter to show the upmost respect of others. Any form of sexual or other harassment, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, sexualized comments, and comments about race, gender, sexual orientation, religious or political beliefs or ethnicity, will not be tolerated.

  • All services and gift card sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchase, we can accept returns for studio credit or exchange up to 10 days after purchase as long as product is in its original packaging.

  • Come relax with us! Our space is shared with massage therapists, estheticians, and mental health counselors so please refrain from cell phone usage, loud talking or disruptive noise in the building. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the building but please no little ones under 10.

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy, including your credit card information, address, phone numbers, and email addresses as well as other information shared in appointments. We will never share or sell private or contact information to other parties.

    Please note, there are security cameras on site both outside and in common areas but never in private service rooms or restrooms.

    All Millwood & Maple businesses are by appointment only so please do not enter the building unless you have an appointment.

  • Pêche Skin Co. has a 72-Hour Fever & Symptom-Free Policy:

    For the safety of staff and clients, we ask that any clients experiencing fever, cold/flu-like symptoms, digestive issues, rash, chills or aches to reschedule at a later date.

    We require all clients to be fever and symptom-free for 72 hours (3 days) before coming to the studio. If you develop a fever or symptoms in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment, please contact us immediately to reschedule.

    Clients who refuse to abide by this policy may be refused service and Pêche Skin Co., reserves the right to refuse additional services in the future.

    We will continue to comply with federal, state and local guidelines regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.

  • We take sanitation very seriously and strictly follow all federal, state and local guidelines regarding proper disinfection, sanitation and storage of tools, implements and surfaces. We use EPA regulated cleaning solutions in service areas and throughout the studio.

    Please help us keep our studio clean by avoiding eating in the business, wiping sinks/handles after use to keep them dry, washing/sanitizing hands after bathroom use.
